Max Guru Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

The service

Max Guru is a fitness coaching platform that connects gym members with personal trainers, and provides workout, meal and progress tracking tools. Memberships purchased in Max Guru pay for real-world gym and personal-training services delivered by your trainer — they are not digital app subscriptions.

Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password private.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).
• You can delete your account at any time from More → Delete account.

Memberships & payments

• Plans, prices (in NPR) and durations are shown before you pay. Payment is via eSewa, bank transfer or cash at the gym.
• A membership paid with eSewa becomes active as soon as eSewa confirms the payment (one fully covered by a coupon starts at once). Bank-transfer and cash payments become active once your coach or the gym confirms them.
• Refunds are handled by the gym on a case-by-case basis — contact your trainer or dutsab46@gmail.com.

Health disclaimer

Max Guru provides fitness tracking and coaching tools, not medical advice. Calorie figures are estimates. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort. You use the app and train at your own risk.

Acceptable use

• No abusive, harassing or unlawful messages or images.
• No impersonation, spam, or attempts to break or overload the service.
• Content you upload stays yours; you give us permission to store, process and show it as described in our Privacy Policy, to run the service.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can block users and report them or their messages from any chat, on the website and (from its next update) in the app.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Guru is not liable for indirect damages, training injuries, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Max Guru after changes means you accept them.
